What is the cost of shipping?

INDIA:

Due to the Sale For All Orders Shipping is Free!!

REST OF WORLD:

For all international orders from outside India, Shipping charges are levied on basis of weight (different for each country) calculated at the checkout page automatically.

 How long will it take for the order to reach me?

It usually takes 7-10 business days to dispatch an order. Shipping time for Domestic orders is 5-9 business days whereas for international orders is 10-15 business days.

In case it is Urgent to you, Kindly Contact us, we will process your order on priority.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

 

 What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

For International Orders, we send an Email indicating the order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking details.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 business days due to any reasons, we will contact you.

Note - For urgent orders, customer must contact on our Customer Support Number as mentioned, express shipping will be levied as per their pincode and shipping time.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we cannot assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, it’s totally not under our control.


Note - In some cases the order fulfillment takes time more than the usual of around 20 busines days which will be communicated during the order process.
