Cancellation and Return Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after you have been charged the said amount will be reversed back into the same mode of payment(not cash) within 5-7 business days .

Also in case of COD orders, it is necessary to pay token amount of 500 Rs for Pre Order outfit or RTD (Ready To Dispatch) or Accessories or having COD order value above 5000/-, in case we dont receive it we have to cancel your order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by WhoWoreWhhat and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation By Customer

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Kindly Call / WhatsApp us on +91 8824808247 or write to us at whoworewhat10@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
  • In certain circumstances where customer wants to cancel a Prepaid Order, valid refunds can only be processed in form of Store Credit.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by WhoWoreWhhat and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

Courier

  • Delivery takes 3-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Delivery is traceable and 100% insured.
  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of an order along with its location.
  • We offer custom sizing as an optional service. If you choose this option, please provide your measurements within 24 hours of placing the order. If measurements are not received within this timeframe, your order will be processed using our standard sizes to avoid delays.

 

Mailing Hours

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).

 

Replacement & Size Exchange

Replacement :

We take replacement only in following cases:

  • Item is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures and unpacking video in reply)
  • Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
  • Please deliver us all the valid replacement requested orders within 7 days of receiving the product by dropping us the tracking id on our email whoworewhat10@gmail.com.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in its original packaging.
  • Valid returns will be issued in the form of store credits only.
  • We do not have a return pickup facility hence the packet has to be sent back by the Customer to our address.
  • Minor damages like tassels/beads being pulled off etc. might happen during transit are not covered under return/exchange policy.
  • There might be a minor (10%-12%) colour and embroidery difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for exchange on this ground.
  • Please be aware that our products are crafted by skilled artisans and may have variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. Variations may occur due to the accuracy of your monitor's display, and we ask for your understanding in this regard.
  • Exchanges/Replacement  are not accepted for reasons such as not liking the material (as we use ONLY premium quality fabrics) or color of the dress or not suits to the baby. We recommend thoroughly reading the product description and viewing all product images before placing an order. You can also contact us for additional details about the product.
  • The use of fur/feather depends on the availability from the market and government policies
  • We provide lining wherever required and design/finish garments to be gentle on delicate skin keeping in mind the skin sensitivity in babies nowadays. Because individual sensitivities may vary, if your child experiences irritation that appears attributable to our product, please discontinue use and contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. After review, and where the issue is due to our materials or workmanship, we will—at our discretion—repair or replace the item.
  • Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order for eligible exchange cases.
  • Products on Sale/Discounts or purchased using any sorts of Coupon Codes will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
  • International Orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.

Size Exchange:

We also provide a margin of 3-4 inches in every outfit.

  • Please send back the dress to us on the below mentioned address, we do not have reverse pickup facility.
  • Do insert a slip inside the packet mentioning your contact details and the required size.
  • A new dress will be delivered in 2-4 working days after we receive and the returned dress passes the quality check.
  • The dress returned would be exchanged with the same dress of different size (subject to the availability in stock).
  • Courier charges would be implied(as per the present rate) for sending back the dress.

Refund :

  • Once we receive the outfit from the customer it undergoes through Quality Check.
  • If the received outfit passes the Quality Check, the store credit will be given within 7 working days of completion of the Quality Check.
  • As mentioned in the above points, all the valid returns and refunds will be done in the form of store credits, which the customer has to use within 3 months of the delivery date.
  • All Soft Toys and Accessories fall under non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable items.

Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to theconstruction, meaning, scope, operation or effect of this contract or the validity or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the
parties.

Any Defamation and Profanity Terms used in any circumstances will not be acceptable and we can move ahead with the legal proceeding if done by anyone.
