   Arbitration and Jurisdiction 

   1. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

   2. All claims, disputes, differences or questions of any nature arising between the Parties to this Agreement, whether-during or after the termination of this Agreement, in relation to the construction, meaning or interpretation of any term used or clause of this Agreement or as to the rights, duties, liabilities of the Parties arising out of this Agreement, shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by Khatu Shyam Creationns The Parties hereto mutually agree and confirm that the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and in accordance with the prevailing Arbitration and Conciliation Act, together with its amendments from time to time and the proceedings shall be held at Jaipur/Jodhpur or through audio-video coonferences or at any other place at the discretion of Khatu Shyam Creationns Pending the giving of the award including interim award, the Customer shall be liable to perform all its obligation under this Agreement.

   3.The Parties hereto agree that all disputes arising out of and/or in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts/tribunals at Jaipur/Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
